Who We Are & What We Offer
My name is Zag Erlat, and together with my partner Shaqdi, we’re the founders of My Analog Journal, a music platform dedicated to carefully curated vinyl sessions that has built a global audience of over one million subscribers. For the past several years, we’ve collaborated with venues across Europe, creating intimate listening experiences centred around exceptional music, beautiful spaces, and analogue sound.
Rather than traditional DJ performances, we offer thoughtfully curated vinyl sessions designed to complement the atmosphere of a space and enhance the guest experience.
• The Vinyl Lounge – relaxed evening selections of jazz, soul, funk, reggae, Brazilian music and rare grooves.
• Dinner Session – carefully paced music that evolves naturally throughout dinner service without overpowering conversation.
• Sunday Vinyl Brunch – warm, uplifting selections for slow weekend afternoons.
• Sunset Rooftop Session – golden-hour soundtracks for terraces, gardens and outdoor spaces.

We bring ourselves and our record collection, using your existing turntables, mixer and sound system.

We bring our Technics turntables, rotary mixer and records, connecting to your existing PA system.

We provide everything, including Technics turntables, rotary mixer, power amplifier, hi-fi speakers and our carefully selected vinyl collection, creating a complete analogue listening environment.

If you have a particular idea, event or space in mind, we’d be happy to design a bespoke setup around your venue. Whether that’s a courtyard, rooftop, gallery, private dinner or something entirely different, we’d love to hear your ideas and create something together.

Over the years, we’ve collaborated with brands including Sennheiser, Squarespace, Suntory Toki , Kew Gardens, MUBI, Worldwide FM and Discogs. We’ve also partnered with respected venues such as Hosoi Stockholm, Jazz Cafe London and Frankhan Istanbul, while curating stages and listening experiences at festivals including Bahidorá, Paradise City and ION Festival.
